ney Ahuja, who was convicted of raping his maid two years ago, as per the latest reports, has been granted bail by Bombay High Court. The bail was granted to the actor on Wednesday.
However, Shiney has been granted bail on payment of surety of Rs 50,000 to the sessions court and also been asked him not to leave the country without prior permission of the court.

'I wanted to release 'Ragini MMS' on May 12 and I first took that date from the astrologer. But when I checked the day, I saw it was a Thursday. And Friday was Friday the 13th! So ... to get over my superstition, I am releasing the film in one theatre on the 12th for luck,' Kapoor told IANS.
